UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management: Student Accessibility Comments

Very accessible lobby no carpeted areas and accessible bathroom in lobby and accessible restaurants.

Easy level walking path around the lake which includes some slight ramps and bridges.

Only one of the pools had an ADA lift at the jacuzzi.

No balcony in accessible rooms but have great views in some.

Beds height is 30 inches however there is a cushion that can be removed to reduce height to make an easy transfer.

Rooms are very spacious, there is an extra space to left side of rooms in order to allow the wheelchair to get in room.

There is a shuttle available that can assist with wheelchairs, strollers, scooters etc.

Great customer service, very friendly staff. DEEP BLU restaurant is highly recommended, I suggest the Black n Blu Pasta, if your not allergic to seafood!! Entrance has no steps, it’s very flat with sliding glass doors which are pretty wide. Front desk very friendly, I saw an agent walk around counter with a paper and pen in hand in order for the wheelchair bound guest to be able to sign paper on lower counter, as well as explain the property map and answered all questioned. The rooms are very spacious . There is also a flat pathway that leads from the garage accessible parking to the front lobby of hotel and they offer discounted valet parking for ADA accessible guest.
