UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management: Student Accessibility Comments

The handicapped rooms here were really built and designed to cater to those in a wheelchair! I even spoke to the front desk and they stated that everything was done to make it easier, and it is very nicely done! They paid attention to every small detail and not once did I think it was impossible to live in the room with a wheelchair. They even added small bars to the curtains o make it easier!

The hotel has a ramp when you pull up your car and there is handicap parking across the property and close to the lobby doors. The hallways are wide enough to get around (unless there is something blocking the path). The pool is a basic pool that does not have any accessible features, but you can sit in the chairs outside with some assistance.

The restaurant area is a mass space and some tables are not accessible friendly, but there are enough that makes it so.

The guestroom was made with the thought of making it easier for those who are handicapped. Everything was within reach and there were no struggles or difficulty navigating around the room with a wheelchair. The lobby is very easy to get around. The hotel is very welcoming and up to date, and I love that it has shampoos installed in the shower! Breakfast is complimentary and they also offer a fast pass and other benefits to SeaWorld! The staff was very friendly and courteous!
