UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management: Student Accessibility Comments

  • The overall accessibility of this fast casual restaurant is certainly impressive. No lifts are needed and there is a nice level accessible path that connects everything. No steps in area at all. There were a few accessible parking spaces right in the front of the building that provide a great access to the restaurant. The only issue I could for-see is the tight space in which one must go to place an order and stand in line and see the food options. Another issue is potentially the entrance. The entrance area is small and there is a wall right when you first walk in that separates either left or right to go stand in line or go find a table. Wheelchairs should fit in this area but it could cause an issue with large wheelchairs or motorized convenience vehicles. The rest of the area is spacious and maneuverable.
