Mellow Mushroom is a bright and lively pizza restaurant that has been inspired by the music of the 70’s and 80’s. The menu consists of food items such as handheld meals such as pizza, burgers, and hoagies. There are also salads, calzones, shareable appetizers, and a variety of alcoholic drinks if you are looking to enjoy one with your meal. The prices range from $5.50-$9.99 for appetizers, $13.99-$25.99 for different size pizzas, $9.59-$13.29 for calzones, $7.59-$12.99 for all sandwiches, hoagies, and burgers, salads range from $5.29-$10.99.

This place is a good spot for a casual lunch or dinner with some unique flavorful pizzas. During my visit to Mellow Mushroom on international drive, I found both upsides and downsides to the accessibility of this location. The upside is that they have plenty of parking with two handicap spaces at the front of the restaurant, and have a handicap friendly pathway to roll straight in. One negative is that the bar only has high top tables, but you can still order drinks with the waiter at your table. The restaurant has a selection of tables, high tops, and booths which are low enough to put a wheelchair on the end at a comfortable height. Pathways in the dining room are spacious, but the hallway leading to the bathroom is a little narrow.
There is a handicap stall located in both the women and men’s restrooms and has enough space to do a 360-degree turn within the stall, but I will say that it is a narrow entrance leading up to the stall. Overall a solid location if you find yourself near Seaworld and Aquatica looking for pizza, appetizers, cold beer, craft cocktails, a vibrant atmosphere.
