The first thing I had noticed about this property was that the property appeared to be at an elevation that is not friendly to wheelchair bound travelers, however there was accessibility parking on the opposite side of the lobby where the property is on a zero degree elevation. Other issues I had noticed was that there was not wheelchair friendly access ramps to the pool area from the parking lot, however the entrance to the pool and hot-tub area were fully accessible from the hotel itself. The pool area also not only has a chair-lift for the pool, but also the hot-tub! The guest room was fully ADA friendly, however the shower’s removable chair did not have a backrest to it. The dining room and lobby are fully wheelchair accessible from all entrances. All in all this property is quite ADA friendly with just a few issues that may inconvenience a guest.
