La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Orlando Airport West is located in Orlando, Florida and is four miles away from the Orlando International Airport. This property is located in central Orlando so this provides quick access for guest to travel to major attractions like Walt Disney World, The Kennedy Space Center, Sea World, and MGM Studios. This hotel is rated 2 stars and was built back in the 1970s. This place has a tremendous staff and will meet the guest’s expectations. The rooms are very nice, clean, and organized. There are lots of parking spots around the property and they provide parking for both general and handicap. La Quinta Inn provides a continental breakfast for their guest and operate an airport shuttle that transports guests back and forth. This hotel has a big pool that is located outside and also provides a guest laundry facility.

Overall, I had a decent experience while being a wheelchair traveler at this hotel. La Quinta Inn does not provide valet parking but they do have self accessible parking close to the lobby. The roads or grounds of this property were for the most part flat but there are some bumps around the area. There are no steep hills or steps that stopped me from going to any public area. I was able to get to the lobby and to my room with no problems. All of the handicap rooms are located in the first level of the hotel and there are handicap parking next to the rooms as well. A downside would be that this hotel only provides handicap rooms with one single king bed. There are no options for two beds in this room type. There is a restaurant that is located less than two miles from the hotel and it is very accessible for wheelchair travelers. Also, the pool has an ADA Pool Lift which allowed me to utilize to pool while I stayed here. This property is pet friendly so I was able to bring my service dog without any issues.

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Orlando Airport West is very convenient for airport travelers. This property is located right next to the airport and has convenient access to all of the major attractions in Orlando. This place has a great continental breakfast and a big clean pool located outside. The hotel’s staff is really helpful and you can feel how much they care for each guest. The rooms are kept clean, organized, and smoke-free. Staying here will leave each guest with a memorable guest experience.
