UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management: Student Accessibility Comments

This luxury hotel is both spacious and well appointed. The lobby level and entrance of the hotel are mostly flat so there are no issues in accessing dining options or amenities. The pool and other amenities are located on the ground level of the hotel which is easily accessed via the elevator. The only downside to this property is how spread out it is. The hotel is connected to the Ritz-Carlton as well so there are some amenities and restaurants which are a 3-4 minute walk/ride away. The ADA room I toured had plenty of space. It is slightly larger than the average guest room. The roll in shower and toilet had plenty of room in the bathroom, as well as lowered counters at the sink. There was no bench in the shower but housekeeping can deliver a chair for the shower upon request. The bed sits just below 3o” and has plenty of room around the room to move. My room was just the second room off the elevator landing but there was no noise to be heard. I also had a very nice view of the pool and lake.
