The all-baked, never friend concept is unique to the wing industry, and Island Wing Company does an outstanding job with it. The food is phenomenal; the chicken tasted fresh, as opposed to having sat under a heat lamp for an extended amount of time. There was a slightly long wait for our food, but I can attribute it to our food being made to order. The service was terrific, as our server was highly attentive and went above and beyond to provide us with a positive experience. The overall atmosphere of the place is outstanding, and is a perfect sports bar, with televisions at every booth, as well as properly placed throughout the restaurant. While the bar is not as wheelchair accessible as I would like, the host team is very accommodating when asking for an accessible table, as they will seat you closer to the front, where there are more lower tables and booths present.

The concept of nothing being fried, only baked is certainly a game changer. The food was terrific, as the wings tasted fresh, made-to-order, as opposed to sitting under a heat lamp. The service was outstanding, we were promptly greeted and our server had a wonderful attitude. The overall experience was quick (approx. 1 hour from being seating to closing our check), and delightful. Although the property isn’t entirely wheelchair friendly, the food is highly recommended, and the hosts will be more than willing to seat you closer to the entrance, where most accessible tables are located.
