• Beautiful historic hotel located in somewhat hilly terrain.
• 3 wheelchair accessible rooms; 1 roll-in shower. Large accessible bathroom.
• Lots of steps within hotel but elevator is available.
• WARNING: 7 story parking garage is 1 block away.
• No restaurant in hotel but there are a couple accessible restaurant & bar options in same plaza.
• Bed height 27 inches.
• Pull down bench seat in roll-in shower although you can’t reach shower controls.
• The hotel offers comfort and a convenient location to many desirable destinations. Within a mile of the hotel is the University of Central Florida, one of the largest Universities in the United States, and the Central Florida Research Park.
• The hotel has a spacious outdoor patio with gas grills and a fire pit, a perfect space to enjoy a to-go meal from one of many restaurants nearby within walking distance.
• Features a 24-Hour fitness center, an outdoor pool, free hot breakfast buffet and other amenities along with free wifi, business center and meeting room space. Rooms have free wifi, mini fridge & microwave and HDTV’s with Internet TV where guests can access Hulu and Netflix.

UCF ROSEN COLLEGE STUDENT TRAVEL TIPS:

This is a very affordable option. It is a nice mid-scale hotel with modern elegance. This is a great choice on a budget where you will need minimal (if any) assistance from others to enjoy your stay independently. The hotel has very good accessibility no matter the disability and can easily accommodate any need. With an accessible pool, its allows you to truly enjoy the Florida sunshine to the fullest!
