The lobby and atrium area is step free with ramps to access certain area of the hotel which provides great mobility throughout the property. The restaurant in the lobby is accessible and the bathroom in the lobby has a stall that accommodates guests in a wheelchair. Accessible rooms come with a roll in shower, bench seat, and grip bars. The bed height is less than 30 inches with a wide clearance around the bed. Unfortunately, the bed will not accommodate a Hoyer lift. The pool area is all flat surfaced and step free with ramps to access other areas outside.

Getting in and out of the hotel is no problem at all which is great. They have a restaurant on property which is also accessible. The room and bathroom area are both fully wheelchair accessible which makes for a great stay.
