University of Rosen College of Hospitality Student and Disney Cast Member Accessibility Listing
The Resort is very accessible and includes several different ways to get to point A to point B. Anywhere this is stairs, you can expect an elevator if indoor, or a big ramp outdoors, in which comes in hands for not only wheelchairs, but strollers and ECV’s as well. Pool has sand bottom and is usually walk in. No need to use the chair lift. Meneuvering around is easy and effortless! Door entering rooms are a little tight, between the bed and wall is tight, but between the 2 beds is very roomy! Hallways, lobby, and walkways are easy to meneuver, as is the drop off loop in front of the hotel. Curb lowers down to ground and you are welcomed by warm hospitality and wide, automatic double sliding glass doors. Attatched is a picture of one of the ramps outdoors, heading toward the pool and the boardwalk.
