Restaurant Overview

Fresh American food with Boston influences. Seafood is plentiful and the drinks are strong. Family atmosphere but a higher price point.

  • Celebration Town Tavern is located in Celebration, Florida a short drive from Walt Disney World. The town itself is quite small with the main downtown area only being a couple blocks filled with small shops, a few cafes, and a handful of restaurants. Parking is limited to a few lots other than street parking. Everything is accessible and nothing is more than a five minute walk. The Celebration Town Tavern overlooks a lake that you can stroll around on the many walking trails. The restaurant itself is typically the most busy as it is considered the locals favorite with a crowd of seniors mixed with families who live in the area. The Tavern is known for it’s huge seafood menu and beer selection as they proudly have 99 bottles of beer on the wall. Though the restaurant is a casual laid back environment, the price point falls on the higher midpoint of the scale. The entry way has a double open door flat surface and you can easily move through the restaurant as there is plenty of room between tables. Getting to the bathroom is the more tricky area as you have to go down a narrow hallway. The bathroom itself however is quite wide with rails along the stall walls. There is a bar located inside and outside, however there is no wheelchair accessible seating. Overall, the restaurant is a great choice for those looking for a good seafood meal.   Travel to the restaurant is doable and on a flat surface, but no parking directly near the restaurant, though you can drop off right out front of the door. Food is delicious and good attention is given to allergies. It is mostly seafood but there are other great American offerings. There is an outside patio that has wide spaces between tables and an easy transition from inside to outside. There is no place to wheelchair accessible area.
