UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management: Student Accessibility Comments:

This hotel was extremely ADA friendly. Not only this but they also took account for the families that may be traveling with people in wheelchairs. In all of their ADA rooms there is an option to buy a connecting room for the family. This makes it so the guest can be surrounded by their family and their family could easily help them. The hotel is valet only (which is usually normal for staying in a downtown area). Also, next to the valet you are greeted with multiple stairs you have to take in order to get to the entrance. However there is a ramp designed for wheelchair access. Overall, I believe ADA and making everything accessible for all people is a huge value for the Aloft. I really enjoyed my tour and the people are very welcoming.

UCF Rosen College Student Travel Tips: This hotel was extremely ADA friendly. They covered all of their bases and made sure they abided by all laws. Not only this but they also took account for the families that may be traveling with people in wheelchairs. In all of their ADA rooms there is an option to buy a connecting room for the family. This makes it so the guest can be surrounded by their family and their family could easily help them. The only thing that upset me was that this hotel is valet only (which is usually normal for staying in a downtown area). Also, next to the valet you are greeted with multiple stairs you have to take in order to get to the entrance. This upset me so much until I was able to locate a ramp designed for wheelchair access. Overall, I believe ADA and making everything accessible for all people is a huge value for the Aloft. I really enjoyed my tour and the people are very welcoming.
