PDQ is a very friendly fast-casual restaurant. Everyone at this location is fun and goes above and beyond to make the experience a great one. When walking up I observed that there were no steps required to get to the door and there was plenty of space to get to the cash registers. I noticed while ordering that the counter was low enough for anyone in a wheel chair to easily access the chip reader as well as hand the cashier cash to pay for their order. The food options were fantastic and reasonably priced. It wasn’t like most other fast food restaurants where you have to worry about the quality of the food. Once I finished ordering there was plenty of space to maneuver throughout the restaurant including the bathrooms. The only tight area was right in front of the restrooms but it is possible to access them. I had plenty of options of tables to eat at that are wheel chair accessible. The experience I had at PDQ was great!

My overall experience at PDQ was that it was very wheelchair accessible. When arriving I noticed two van-accessible parking spaces located directly in front of the entrance. The restaurant as a whole on the outside is not very big but they did a fantastic job at making the dining room area as well as the bathrooms very spacious. Each dining table is wheel chair accessible including a spot at the end of the bar area and were very spaced out so I was able to maneuver through the tables. The entrance to get to the bathrooms was a little tight but doable but the bathrooms themselves were spacious and provided enough room for me to move around. The different energies of the team members were amazing and they were willing to help with anything I needed which added to the great food experience. I would highly recommend stopping by this location if not for the food, for the awesome people.
