The are no steps at the entrance and no restrictive steps on the property. Pathways are all level or ramped. There are 3 wheelchair accessible outdoor pools including ADA pool lifts. Valet and self parking lot. No shuttle to airport. The resort property shuttle is not wheelchair accessible. The Spindletop is Houston's first revolving dining room on the 34th floor, however, the window tabes are not wheelchair accessible. The Spindletop normally only provides seating for 2 in the non-window tables for call in advance. Valet only parking. Otherwise the property is very nice with approximately 16 wheelchair accessible guestrooms, all with roll-in showers. The front desk stated all have the small temporary plastic shower seats. After your initial hotel entrance there are no restrictive steps. The beautiful Monarch restaurant is accessible. Wheelchair accessible restooms on hotel lobby level and in Monarch restaurant.
