Wheelchair Accessibility Comments One of Jim’s Favorite Charlestown Hotels. Spectacular hotel and wheelchair accessible in every way – expensive. Beautifully renovated and great location. Several very nice restaurant and bar options – all accessible. If price is not a concern, select the Belmond!

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments 4 wheelchair accessible rooms; only 1 roll-in shower. WARNING: Steps at entrance but there’s an elevator to lobby at both street level and in parking lot. Must park at entrance to check-in; then drive to garage lot. No full service restaurant but café and bar (open 4pm-11pm). Accessible outdoor pool via elevator.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments 2 wheelchair accessible rooms; no roll-in showers. No restaurant but many nearby; continental breakfast served. Wheelchair accessible restroom off lobby. The 2 accessible guestrooms each have 2 standard height double beds. Some beds in the hotel sit very high so be sure to request the accessible rooms and bed height.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments WARNING: Normally I’m a big fan of DoubleTree Hotel properties but this is one to Avoid. Hotel has wheelchair accessible guest rooms but conference center, pool and parking are not accessible. WARNING: flight of stairs to conference rooms and no elevator. No accessible restroom off lobby; No restaurant or bar; breakfast only.

Entrance has 5 steps but both front and back entrance have permanent ramps for wheelchair access. King beds in wheelchair accessible guestrooms. No restaurant or bar but many nearby. Valet only parking.
