Wheelchair Accessibility Comments Very wheelchair friendly hotel. Great location for Mariner and Seahawk ball games and Pioneer Square. Easy garage parking. Streets are level and access is great. Jimmy’s on First restaurant and bar adjoins hotel. Accessible restaurant seating available, but mostly booths and high stools.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments No restaurant or bar onsite. WARNING: Generally a very unfriendly and unhelpful staff, at least when I arrived to review the property. Nearest restaurants are located across very busy, wide streets. Not convenient for walking or rolling.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments WARNING: Multiple steps at Olive Way entrance. For step free entry, use the 4th Avenue entrance. Common areas are step free after entrance. To access the hotel’s Andaluca restaurant, you must exit hotel, then enter restaurant from Olive Way. No wheelchair accessible restroom in the Andaluca restaurant.
