Wheelchair Accessibility Comments Very nice, new and clean hotel; very wheelchair friendly. Located at the northern end of Phoenix, 15 miles from downtown so you will need a vehicle. Nice rooms but poorly designed roll-in shower; cannot reach shower controls from bench seat. Accessible pool; Breakfast only-no restaurant or bar.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments Previously the Country Inn by Carlson Phoenix Airport at Tempe Only 3 wheelchair accessible rooms; 1 roll-in shower. Small but very wheelchair friendly. Not a great location; Must drive to restaurants and Arizona State campus. Small accessible pool.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments Jim’s 2nd Favorite Tempe hotel. Very nice, new and very wheelchair friendly. Well designed roll-in shower. Small accessible pool. Limited service restaurant and bar. Short walk (level street) to Mill Street dining and retail stores.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments Use easy ramp to access both lobby sitting area and small accessible pool. Entrance and lobby accessible restroom have very heavy doors. Limited food menu. Very wheelchair friendly but not my favorite.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments Jim’s Favorite Sedona “resort” located just off downtown Sedona and very wheelchair friendly. Beautiful 100 room resort and very wheelchair friendly. Everything at the resort is accessible including restaurant, bar, restroom off lobby and pool. Valet parking is best; self park is up a hill. Accessible pool and ADA lift into pool.
