• Very nice large hotel with over 1,000 rooms and very wheelchair accessible.
• Entrance has no steps and there are no restrictive steps in the common areas.
• There are 21 wheelchair accessible guest rooms with queen beds including 4 with roll-in showers. Temporary removeable shower chairs are available; no pull down bench seats.
• There are 2 accessible suites with 2 standard size beds. No king beds.
• There are several accessible dining options: The very large 24 hour Tick Tock Diner is accessible from the lobby via elevator, however the are 2-3 steps from street level. The fine dining Butcher and Banker restaurant is accessible via elevator. The Trattoria Bianco is accessible from both the hotel lobby and street.
• Accessible lobby restroom via elevator.
