• This is a large owner only timeshare resort located on the Seaside Promenade;
• A beautiful property and great location; accessibility however cannot be determined.
• If you’re looking for a week stay, contact owners directly online via VRBO; they do not answer phones.
• Some VRBO owners state their condo units are wheelchair accessible.
• When I visited, the front desk stated the units were available only to owners and guests of owners;
• Pool, beach and other amenities appearded very wheelchair accessible.
