• This hotel tells me they have 4 wheelchair accessible rooms but they don’t know what a roll-in shower is. They also book weekly guests so they cannot confirm an accessible room reservation very far in advance.
• The 3rd level in the hotel is closed.
• No restaurant or food (coffee only); no lobby accessible restroom.
• Accessible outdoor pool; no ADA lift.
