Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

  • WARNING: This luxury hotel on the upper west side is accessible but it’s not wheelchair friendly and I wouldn’t recommend it.
  • WARNING: There are 4 steps at the entrance, however, there is a ramp at a side entrance. You’ll need to ask for assstance to use the ramp.
  • There are 4 wheelchair accessible rooms all with roll-in showers. Temporary shower chairs are available. No attached pull-down bench seats.
  • WARNING: The adjacent Nice Martin restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner but there are 2 steps (so it’s not accessible without assistance).
  • There is an accessible restroom off the lobby.
  • Valet parking only.
  • JIM’S NOTE: Wonderful hotel but I don’t like side entrances where I’m treated as a 2nd class citizen. It’s not wheelchair friendly so I’ll avoid the luxury.
