Stewman’s is a fun, authentic oceanfront lobster and seafood restaurant in Bar Harbor, Maine.
We enjoyed a delicious lobster roll lunch sitting on their patio deck in Bar Harbor in October 2018. Frankly I was surprised how large the restaurant was with upper and lower level dining and a huge outdoor waterfront deck. And all dining levels are accessible. There’s a long ramp connecting the street level dining to the lower level outdoor patio, and, if you want, there’s also a small hydraulic wheelchair lift between the 1st and 2nd floor. And it can be operated independently.
On the WJAR Index, Stewman’s gets a 3. It fully wheelchair accessible. The food was excellent but the setting is spectacular. If you’re looking for a casual lunch and a great Lobster Roll, or just a take-out window meal, you will enjoy Stewman’s.

If you’re looking for a delicious lobster roll in a casual setting in Bar Harbor, Stewman’s is the place! Grab a lobster roll from the take out window and take a picnic to Acadia Park. Or just sit on the patio deck and take in the gorgeous waterfront setting! Wonderful!
