Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

• Beautiful, large hotel and reasonably wheelchair accessible with 485 total rooms, 15 wheelchair accessible guestrooms and 8 roll-in showers.
• For the roll-in showers you’ll need to request a temporary plastic shower seat be brought to your room.
• WARNING: This is a big hotel with lots of meeting space. However, there are steps down to the meeting rooms and ballroom so you’ll need to use their small hydraulic lift for access.
• The ARA restaurant is accessible however it closes during the summer. You can order dinner at the 24 Axis bar year around.
• Valet and self parking.
• Accessible outdoor pool on 5th floor.
• It a nice property except for the horrible small hydraulic WC lift! I cannot recommend this property!
