• Great views of Seaside and river from 4th floor Crow’s Nest on roof which is accessible via elevator (2 inch step to patio).
• Accessible pool with ADA lift into pool.
• Wheelchair accessible restroom off lobby.
• No restaurant or bar; free hot breakfast.
• Many nice nearby restaurants.
• Accessible balconies off rooms.
• About 4 level blocks from ocean Promanade.
