Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

• Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park and the extended stay Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park are located at the same address on Broadway, a few blocks from Central Park.
• The  Courtyard is located on the lower floors and the Residence Inn with kitchenettes on the higher floors. Both are very nice, comfortable, spacious and very wheelchair friendly.
• The entrance for both properies is the same and is step free. All other common hotel areas including both 3rd and 4th floors are step free.
• The Courtyard has 384 total rooms including 17 wheelchair accessible guestrooms and 11 with roll-in showers. There are 11 king rooms and 6 with 2 doubles.
• The Residence Inn has 255 roms including 13 wheelchair accessible rooms and 12 roll-in showers. The Residence Inn offers 12 king rooms with roll-in showers and 1 double room with a tub shower.
• Temporary shower chairs are available at both Courtyard and Residence Inn. No attached pull-down shower seats.
• The Courtyard offers breakfast on the 4th floor, while Residence Inn offes a complimentary hot breakfast on the 3rd floor.
• Both properties share the 4th floor which includes the bistro dining restaurant “nosh” serving light fare and easy meals, beer and wine in the evening. No full dinner restaurant or bar.
• A lobby wheelchair accessible restroom is located on the 4th floor via elevator.
• Valet park only.
