Picabu restaurant is a colorful quick service eatery where guests retrieve their food buffet-style. Among the Mexican cuisine offerings, I especially enjoyed the tacos, which are ‘build your own’, as in the employee assists with adding guacamole, sour cream, fresh cheese, etc. at no additional charge. The restaurant also serves pizza, chicken, and burgers for those not wanting Mexican food. The restaurant loses points for wheelchair accessibility friendliness as the entrance area is a little tight and winds around, which may be difficult to maneuver, however the restaurant more than makes up for this with a spread out dining room. All of the tables in the dining room have moveable chairs or are half-booths where a wheelchair could easily be positioned at the table. The restroom has several stalls that are ADA accessible and the entrance door to the restroom has an automatic feature. Overall a great option for those staying at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel who want a quick option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
