Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

  • Very nice and accessible hotel in downtown SF, however, there are multiple steps at one of the main entrances. The main entrance on Cyril Magnin & Eddie St has valet parking and is step free.
  • WARNING: The entrance at Mason & Ellis, however, has multiple steps. You must use a small hydraulic WC lift at this entrance and you’ll need to find a hotel security person to operate it. I really dislike these dreaded small hydraulic WC lifts. And with the steep streets in SF, limiting hotel entrance accessibility is very frustrating.
  • I would avoid this hotel due to this serious design limitation.
  • Otherwise the hotel is very wheelchair friendly.
  • Use nice commecial elevator at main entrance to lobby.
  • Valet parking only.
