Chang’s is located, there are 13 designated handicap parking spots, four of which are van accessible. Going into the restaurant there is a ramp from the lot to the sidewalk for wheelchair access.

Inside the restaurant there are many tables that can pull chairs out.

The restroom is on the smaller side with only two stalls, however there is a handicap stall with three metal rails around the toilet connected to the walls. The toilet paper, hand soap, sink, and hand towels all are accessible.

An important note to add is that there is plenty of open knee room for the wheelchair to come up to the counter with access space. The restaurant flooring is hard surface like concrete and easy to navigate.
