Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

• The Omni is a large and beautiful property and it’s very wheelchair friendly except the pools.  This is definitely a beautiful resort.
• There are a total of 378 hotel rooms and 22 wheelchair accessible guestrooms, all with roll-in showers.
• The front desk stated the roll-in showers have a combination of removeable plastic shower seats and attached pull down bench seats.
• There are several nice restaurants and bars including the Noe Grill and Noe Bar (ramped entry), the Cafe on the Green and Black Swan nightclub (take commercial elevator to lower lobby) and all are fully wheelchair accessible.
• There are no steps at the entrance and no restrictive steps on the property except the pool area.
• There are 2 wheelchair accessible outdoor pools including an ADA pool lift.
• WARNING: There are steps to the pool area. They do provide a small hydraulic WC lift for access.
• Valet and self parking garage.
