Wheelchair Jimmy Accessibility Comments: For wheelchair accessibility this hotel is awful! It looks very appealing from the outside and it’s apparently a full service hotel including a nice restaurant, but it’s a nightmare! I called to front desk a week in advance and they said they had accessible guest rooms. So I made an accessible room reservation, but when we arrived we couldn’t even get to the room. Circuitous pathways and steps everywhere. I never even got to the room. We cancelled our reservation and went 1/2 block to the very nice Courtyard by Marriott.

A jungle of circuitous pathways, steps and small rooms with single queen beds. It’s possible they have an accessible guest room but your visit will be one to forget! Hotel to AVOID! I cancelled and moved to a different hotel before the nightmare could unfold.
