Madame Tussauds Las Vegas is a wax museum located in the Las Vegas Strip at The Venetian Las Vegas casino resort in Paradise, Nevada. The attraction opened in 1999, becoming the first Madame Tussauds venue to open in the United States.

  1. City Attraction Wheelchair Accessible:  Yes – but a bit challenging
  2. Fully Accessible Entry:                              No: Use elevator off of Las Vegas Blvd.
  3. Accessible Restrooms Onsite:                  Yes
  4. Restrictive Steps:                                        Yes – No entry through Venetian Hotel

Jim’s Accessibility Comments:

Located next to Venetian Hotel but not accessible through the Venetian. For access, use the extremely slow and hard to find elevator behind Sephora on Las Vegas Blvd and go to 2nd level to buy tickets.

After you buy tickets, the elevator will take you to the 3rd level (3R) and Madame Tussauds. They made accessibility a real headache. Do not try calling Madame Tussauds for tickets or questions: the wait time is at least 30 minutes.
