Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

  • Very nice hotel and reasonably wheelchair accessible albeit a couple challenges.
  • The entrance has no steps and there are no restrictive steps in the hotel’s common areas.
  • WARNING: That said, there are 3 steps to a sitting lounge off the lobby which is accessible via a long ramp.
  • There are 6 accessible guestrooms including 3 with roll-in showers. Temporary shower chairs are available for the roll-in showers (no pull down bench seats).
  • WARNING: The hotel has 3 elevators: 2 commercial elevators and a service elevator. Some of the guestrooms are located on floors with steps and you may need to use the service elevator to access your room step free. When you make a reservation, request an accessible room that is accessible via the commercial elevator and on a floor with no steps.
  • WARNING: To access the business center / computer area or to access the public restroom, you’ll also need to use the service elevator.
  • No food.
  • No pool. Valet only parking.
  • JIM’S NOTE: So while it’s a nice hotel and accessible, it’s not my first choice for being wheelchair friendly.
