Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

  • This is a beautiful boutique hotel with 315 total rooms but not one I would recommend. Not wheelchair friendly.
  • WARNING: There are 3-4 steps at the valet entrance and you’ll need to use their small hydraulic WC lift to access the main lobby. I really dislike these lifts and cannot normally recommend any hotel that installs them.
  • There is no other accessible entry other than using the WC lift.
  • Otherwise the property is very nice with approximately 16 wheelchair accessible guestrooms, all with roll-in showers. The front desk stated all have the small temporary plastic shower seats.
  • After your initial hotel entrance there are no restrictive steps.
  • The beautiful Monarch restaurant is accessible. Wheelchair accessible restooms on hotel lobby level and in Monarch restaurant.
  • Accessible pool on the 2nd floor; no ADA lift.
  • Valet only parking. No accessible shuttle to airport.
