UCF Rosen College Student Travel Tips: HILTON COLON HOTEL is definitely ADA accessible. All different areas within the hotel had alternatives and accommodations for wheelchair use. The handle to open the door in the rooms was lower compared to the regular rooms in order to facilitate things to guests. In the bathroom they also had a special hand wash designed for people using WC and enough space for them to move around in the room. Currently the floor where this room was located was in maintenance that is why in the pictures you cannot appreciate the bathroom design. The accessibility to the hotel was excellent. Employees here were very nice and made me feel welcome which show how much they care about giving an excellent guest service and make guests happy. The location of the hotel is really convenient because it is close to the airport, downtown Guayaquil, Samborondon and many other touristic places in the city; plus the fact that it has a variety of delicious restaurants and a lounge area too. The hotel has beautiful event spaces and conference rooms where a lot of important events are hosted daily.
