Hawkers provides a laid back atmosphere to taste your way through Asian street food. Most of the food is portioned as small plates lends itself to sharing and doing to mixing and matching with your tablemates. My favorites included the Roti Canai, the steamed Baos with Seoul hot chicken, and the meatballs with curry sauce. They even offer a happy hour on weekdays where select small plates are only $3 each. To wash it all down the classic cocktail menu has an Asian twist to it of which my favorite was the Margari-Thai. It is a place where you can settle in and take your time. Wide spaces center isles make the main section of the restaurant very accessible and the bench/chair combo tables allow plenty of choice for seating. The bar is mostly high tops but does a few booths at regular height. Hawkers is also in a shared building with several other businesses so while there are 4 van accessible spots they may fill quickly during busier times. If you are in the area and looking for a casual location with tasty food and drinks I would definitely recommend.
