- Very nice with 3 wheelchair accessible guestrooms (king beds); no roll-in showers.
- Located on marina about 1 mile from downtown shopping (level walk).
- Breakfast only; No full service restaurant or bar.
- Small outdoor accessible pool; no ADA lift into pool.
- Accessible restroom off lobby.
- Large parking lot with a couple not so well marked accessible parking spaces.
