Refined Sanctuary on Camelback eatery pairing Asian-accented New American fare & sweeping views.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

  • Elements is one of the finest restaurants in the entire Phoenix area but is a challenge for wheelchair accessibility.
  • WARNING: The restaurant (and spa) is built into the side of Camelback Mountain and as a result the landscape is quite steep with many steps.
  • The staff here, however, are perhaps the finest I’ve ever seen when it comes to making you comfortable and providing full wheelchair accessibility. Let them know you’ll need assistance when you make your reservation.
  • While there are multiple steps at the entrance, the staff will seemlessly direct you to a special area to park where there is a ramped entry through the side door.
  • There is a beautifully designed and large wheelchair accessible restroom, however it’s hard to see, so ask.
  • There are steps in the restaurant but many wheelchair accessible tables both indoors and on the patio.
  • We dined at Elements a couple times including a wonderful Mom’s Day brunch. On another occasion there was a special evening event, and I had to exit through an employee hallway which was not ideal but it was accessible without steps.
  • Elements is expensive but a real memory!
