Dry Dock Waterfront Grill is located on the beautiful intercoastal waterway in Longboat Key, FL. It has the best seafood, excellent service, and remarkable scenery. The restaurant is interesting, where it has three different seating levels. When looking at the front of the building, the elevator is on the left side that lets you access all three levels. If you want to sit on the outside patio on the first level, you can go around the right side of the building and there is no stairs to get there. The host stand and bar is located on the second level.
The bar really isn’t wheelchair friendly because it’s basically all high tops. However, there are waiting areas located on the patio and the upstairs dining room where they offer cocktail services. Excluding the high tops at the bar, just about every table is easily accessible while using a wheelchair.
All of the restrooms offer a stall with grab bars. However, I would recommend using the restroom in the upstairs dinning room because, I feel, it offers more space and it is easier to maneuver in and out of.
Overall, the restaurant is wheelchair friendly and I would recommend going if you’re ever in the area!
