• As usual with Crown Plaza, the hotel is a very nice comfortable hotel and very wheelchair friendly.
• This Crown Plaza is quite large with 759 total rooms including 12 wheelchair accessible guestrooms. There are additional accessible rooms for the deaf and blind.
• WARNING: There are multiple entrances but the best entrances (and really main entrances) are at the garage entrances on both 48th and 49th rather than the Broadway entrance; then take the elevator to the 2nd floor lobby.
• All common hotel areas are step free.
• There are 12 wheelchair accessible guestrooms including 6 with roll-in showers that have attached pull-down bench seats.
• There are 2 accessible restaurants off the lobby, Broadway Bar 49 for dinner and the Brasserie 1605 for breakfast and lunch.
• There is an accessible restroom on the 3rd floor (accessible via elevator).
• There is an Olympic size lap pool on the 15th floor (access via elevator).
• Valet parking only.
