Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

• Very nice hotel and very wheelchair friendly with 185 total rooms, 12 wheelchair accessible guestrooms and 5 roll-in showers.
• I was told by the front desk that 1 roll-in shower has an attached pull down bench seat and the other 4 use a temporary plastic seat.
• This newly renovated property is located in the city’s historic 1921 Humble Oil Building and is within walking distance of the Convention Center and Toyota Center. The MetroRAIL is right outside the hotel (I’m not certain if the MetroRail is accessible).
• The Courtyard Bistro restaurant has a limited menu and a bar is available.
• There are no steps at the entrance and no restrictive steps on the property.
• The outdoor pool on the 3rd floor is accessible; ADA pool lift.
• Valet parking only. No airport shuttle.
