We’ve been to the Cottonwood Grill a couple times, most recently in April 2022, and it’s excellent. The broad menu and wine list are among the best I’ve seen, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The entrance is level, no steps, and the entire very spacious restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible, except the private dining room which is up 2-3 steps. Each time I visit Boise, I return to the Cottonwood Grill. On the WJAR index the Cottonwood Grill gets a 4 and I highly recommend a visit.
