- WARNING: steps at entrance; must use ramp, elevator and walkway through Chase Bank Tower next door – must have Valet key to enter Chase.
- Very nice hotel and rooms with club atmoshere but entry maze is ridiculous!
- Only 2 wheelchair accessible guestroom and 2 roll-in showers.
- Several nice wheelchair accessible restaurant options – French Room for members only.
- Lap pool only; no ada lift into pool.
