- Hotel has 147 guestrooms but only 3 wheelchair accessible guestrooms rooms and no roll-in showers.
- WARNING: The very nice Cricket bar and lounge is up a flight of steps and is not wheelchair accessible.
- WARNING: There lobby restroom is not wheelchair accessible.
- Palace restaurant is very nice and accessible; closed Sunday and Monday.
- No pool.
