Buddy V’s Ristorante had its grand opening in 2013 across the hall from Carlo’s Bake Shop in the Grand Canal Shoppes in between The Venetian and The Palazzo. Carlo’s Bake Shop was opened in prior years as an extension of Chef Buddy Valastro’s father’s bakery in New York. Budd Valastro wanted a restaurant in Las Vegas close to his bake shop, and when the location opened up he jumped on it. The menu is made up on family recipes that Buddy Valastro grew up on. The general goal of the restaurant is to provide an authentic Italian meal paired with the family environment that lies in his culture growing up. The prices are fair, and the food is incredible. The decor resembles that of traditional Italian restaurants seen on movies. Dim lit lights, live music, and plenty of decor of Buddy Valastro’s life and family line the walls. If they want to add more appeal, they can try statement pieces like those on that airbnb decor post.
The restaurant features a bar and lounge area in addition to the restaurant floor tables and booths as well all with great views of The Strip.
