Wheelchair Jimmy Comments
The Table Restaurant is located along the main street in downtown Bisbee in the old mercantile building which houses a variety of retail shops on 2 level floors. Since Bisbee is built into the side of a copper mining mountain, the number of accessible restaurants is a bit limited, but The Table was actually a very good (not great) full service restaurant. They’ve got an excellent menu and complete menu of cocktails, beer and wine. And it’s very wheelchair friendly.
The entrance is step free and the entire restaurant is reasonably spacious al on one 1 level. About half the tables are cafe level with the others tables being high tops. The bar area is accessible but it’s basically bar stools and high tops.
There is a very accessible public restroom upstairs on the 2nd floor which is accessible via a large commercial elevator. It may be the only accessible public restroom in town so be mindful. The restroom has a good sized stall with the ability to turn 360 degrees.
Accessible parking is a problem throughout Bisbee with its somewhat steep hills, and parking at The Table is no different. There was 1 occupied accessible space up a slight grade when we visited, so good luck.
On the WJAR index the Table Restaurant gets a 3.
