Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

• Very nice and very wheelchair friendly hotel with 168 total rooms, 9 wheelchair accessible guestrooms and 4 roll-in showers.
• I was told by the front desk that the 4 roll-in showers have attached pull down bench seats, and all other accessible rooms have standup showers, no bath tubs.
• The front hotel entrance on Fannin Street is the best entrance for wheelchair travelers even if you wish to valet park.
• WARNING: If you go directly to the valet on Walker you’ll find a regular street curb and another steps which can be annoying. So enter on Fannin where there is a loading/unloading area, and let them know you want your vehicle valeted.
• The Rooftop bar on the 11th floor is accessible via elevator. The rooftop pool with ADA pool lift on the 11th floor is also accessible.
• There are no restrictive steps on the property except at valet park.
• Hot breakfast only on lobby level where’s there’s also a bar.
• Valet only parking. No shuttle to airport.
