• WARNING: All 5 rooms are on the 2nd floor and there are 22 steps to the 2nd floor and no elevator.
• Occupying the historic Fondren mansion, originally built in 1923 as a private residence for the founder of Humble Oil, the landmark property now serves as one of the world’s smallest luxury hotels. But it’s not wheelchair accessible.
• They can bring out a long steep wooden ramp if you wish to dine at Restaurant CINQ, and there is an accessible restroom on the lobby level.
