Buddy V’s Ristorante had its grand opening in 2013 across the hall from Carlo’s Bake Shop in the Grand Canal Shoppes in between The Venetian and The Palazzo. Carlo’s Bake Shop was opened in prior years as an extention of Chef Buddy Valastro’s father’s bakery in New York. Budd Valastro wanted a restaurant in Las Vegas close to his bake shop, and when the location opened up he jumped on it. The menu is made up on family recipes that Buddy Valastro grew up on. The general goal of the restaurant is to provide an authentic italian meal paired with the family environment that lies in his culture growing up. The prices are fair, and the food is incredible. The decor resembles that of traditional italian restaurants seen on movies. Dim lit lights, live music, and plenty of decor of Buddy Valastro’s life and family line the walls. The restaurant features a bar and lounge area in addition to the restaurant floor tables and booths as well all with great views of The Strip.

• Very well-kept and open floor plan restaurant.
• The entrance is plenty wide with enough space in between each table and booth.
• Majority of the tables and booths are accessible with the exception of a few high top tables and barstools in the lounge area.
• The lounge is above the restaurant floor separated by 3 steps, but a compliant ramp provides accessibility if needed. The lounge has 8 cafe level tables and 4 high tops.
• There is no restroom on the property, but a full-size, ADA compliant restroom is located 150 feet down the hallway for use of casino guests.
• There is no need for travel through the kitchen, hydraulic lifts, or freight elevators to access the restaurant.
• Parking is a fair distance from the restaurant itself, but can be accessed through large hallways and elevators.
