The concept of Dillon’s Restaurant began in 1998 when Co-Owner George Valverde approached Rich Dillon with a partnership designed to bring Valverde’s vision to reality, producing 5 locations. The first Dillon’s Restaurant opened in 1999, Dillon’s Thunderbird maintains much of its original home style, farm house ambiance from the early 1940’s. Dillon’s Arrowhead opened in 2005 and serves the gorgeous community of Glendale. The bar and restaurant hosts an ever-growing crowd of enthusiastic golfers and sports fan entertained by a live band on Friday nights.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

  • Very wheelchair accessible but bar area is probably 50% of total restaurant and is all high tops.
  • When I arrived a Jeep had blocked 2 handicapped parking spots and 4 motorcycles blocked another.
  • If management doesn’t monitor accessible parking, I say avoid this restaurant.
  • I had fun causing all unauthorized vehicles to clear handicapped parking spots.
